位置靠近Bang Tao Beach，到沙灘十分方便，而且酒店環境優美亦有瑜伽班可以上課，美中不足是很多昆蟲。我認為穿梭巴士服務有待改善，班次十分疏落，而且沒有服務時間表。入住時亦沒有提及有穿梭巴士服務到就近的商場。

房間不錯 不是特別新但有點設計感 水壓比較弱一點 與海灘無距離 泳池還有滑水道 很適合親子家庭出遊 平常人不多 夠大比較悠閑 早餐選擇也不錯 另外入住時剛好遇到大團要checkout 所以有點混亂 我們離開時説有使用mini bar 但跟酒店説明沒有使用任何東西後應該就沒有扣款了 整體還算不錯的 沙灘往左就有幾家餐廳酒吧 如果是想逛夜市出門就有鬧區 那就不適合住這區

If you’re someone who enjoys peace and a super laid-back vibe, this hotel is just the right place. It’s not in the middle of the busy tourist spots like Patong or Phuket Old Town, so you really get that calm and relaxing atmosphere. But no worries—you’re not completely cut off either. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby in the Laguna area, and the buggy service makes it easy to move around within Laguna. Honestly, I loved how chill everything felt here. Perfect spot if you just want to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the quiet side of Phuket. Definitely planning to come back for the same relaxing vibe!

Love this hotel so much! Everything is amazing!Good deal during low season. Only one down side, shuttle bus to Boat Avenue runs only 4 times per day, I had to take Grab every time I needed to go there. Didn't try the Spa, it's too expensive

とても素敵なホテルで、スタッフの方たちもとても親切でした。 しいていうなら、朝食のメニューが少なめ。 バスルームの乾燥機能が弱く水著は乾きにくかったです。

Прекрасный отель, хорошее расположение. Высокий сервис, удобное приложение. Операторы службы поддержки всегда на связи и готовы решить возникающие проблемы. Отдельное спасибо менеджеру - Ирине за решение вопросов с питанием (купленный нами полупансион у агрегатора имел ограничения). Очень понравился отель, вежливый персонал, обязательно вернёмся. Обязательно рекомендую посетить шведский стол с морепродуктами (пару раз в неделю проходит по 1250 бат с человека, но он стоит того). Всем хорошего настроения!

We had a wonderful stay at Sai Laguna! The beach view was stunning, and we truly enjoyed the pool and the excellent service from the staff. It was a relaxing and memorable family vacation. We also loved the delicious food and the beautiful scenery—Thailand’s beaches did not disappoint!

之前看評論説酒店的早餐特別差，但入住下來覺得早餐不錯，品種和品質都對得起這個價格。酒店的地中海風味餐廳也特別棒。很喜歡酒店的駐唱歌手，嗓音和歌曲都特別喜歡。酒店的球場雖然有些舊，但很方便。泳池滑梯承包了小朋友所有的歡樂。總體感受還是不錯的。

Loved staying at this resort. Staffs were kind, and the view is just amazing. This place made me feel like I wanna cancel the tour in Phuket and just stay there. However, this place definitely needs to improve their food quality. I was willing to pay for expensive food at the resort because it’s a resort, but I don’t want it if it leads to quality and hygiene issues such as birds. Food is the only reason I had to get out of this place in the end.

位置靠近Bang Tao Beach，到沙灘十分方便，而且酒店環境優美亦有瑜伽班可以上課，美中不足是很多昆蟲。我認為穿梭巴士服務有待改善，班次十分疏落，而且沒有服務時間表。入住時亦沒有提及有穿梭巴士服務到就近的商場。
